Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, my husband Mike and I made Englewood our full-time home in June 2021 after spending more than 30 years vacationing along the beautiful Southwest Florida coast. We finally decided to trade snowy winters for year-round sunshine—and we couldn’t be happier to call this vibrant community home.

I launched my real estate career in Kentucky and Indiana in 2006 and 2008 with Semonin Realtors, where I quickly established myself as a dedicated, full-time professional. Over the years, I’ve earned multiple company awards including Rookie of the Year, Top Producer, President’s Club, and Customer Satisfaction honors. My commitment to continued learning is reflected in my GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designations.

Recently, Mike and I have partnered in real estate to serve our community with an even higher level of care, communication, and local expertise. Together, we combine strong market knowledge with a shared passion for helping people find their perfect place in paradise.
