Florida law requires certain disclosures be made in a timely manner to a buyer in the market for a condominium. As such, the condo rider is crucial document to understand and be able to discuss with your clients. We will be tackling topics such as what Florida law requires to be disclosed to buyers and when, as well as the specific contents of the Condo Rider.
